Hakeem Kae-Kazim (born October 1, 1962) is an actor of Nigerian descent who played Georges Rutaganda on Hotel Rwanda in 2004 directed by Terry George. He also starred as Colonel Ike Dubaku in season 7 of the Fox television series 24 and the TV movie tie-in 24: Redemption.
