Antboy, een superheld die tegen muren opklautert en mierenzuur spuit. In zijn schitterende superheldenpak gaat Antboy de strijd aan met de misdaad en wordt razend populair.
Tot 'De Vlo' op het toneel verschijnt, een gestoorde wetenschapper die zijn aartsvijand wordt. Hij springt hoger dan iedereen en haalt zijn kracht niet uit suiker (zoals Antboy) maar uit... bloed! Om deze superschurk te bekampen, gooit Antboy al zijn krachten in de strijd.
