Er zich van bewust dat de situatie iedere dag slechter wordt, geeft Flegmatix zich vrijwillig op om de hulp in te roepen van zijn neef Asterix, de onverslaanbare Gallier. Vergezeld van zijn trouwe Obelix en met een ton toverdrank, begeeft Asterix zich naar Brittania. Maar hun toverdrank wordt gestolen...


