Revenge of the Green Dragons gaat over de twee immigranten en broers Sonny (Justin Chon) en Steven (Kevin Wu). Ze sluiten in de jaren 80 aan bij de Chinatown-gang 'The Green Dragons'. De broers weten snel op te klimmen en krijgen daardoor onbedoeld de aandacht van de politie. Na een liefdesverhouding ontstaat er een strijd tussen de broers. Het gevolg is dat Sonny zijn eigen gang start.


