Nadat Scott Lang samen met de Avengers de wereld heeft gered van Thanos, besluit hij zijn persoonlijke verhaal uit te doeken te doen in een boek dat hem ongekende roem brengt. De faam drijft hem echter steeds verder weg van zijn dochter Cassie en de rest van zijn gezin. Maar dan gebeurt er een bizar ongeluk waardoor het gezin wordt opgeslokt in een andere dimensie.


