In een groot Londens hotel komt het -meestal illegale- personeel uit alle hoeken van de wereld. De Nigeriaanse nachtportier Okwe is overdag taxichauffeur om de eindjes aan elkaar te kunnen knopen. Tussen zijn diensten door slaapt hij op de sofa in het flatje van het Turkse kamermeisje Senay. Op een avond ontdekt Okwe in een verstopt toilet een menselijk hart. Al snel blijkt dat het hotel het decor is van operaties en orgaanhandel. Hoofdreceptionist Sneaky is het brein achter die louche praktijken.


