Na het succesvolle Haunting in Connecticut, wederom een waargebeurde ghost story, die zich dit keer afspeelt in het Amerikaanse Georgia. Wanneer Andy Wyrick samen met zijn vrouw Lisa en dochter Heidi verhuist naar een historisch huis in Georgia, ontdekken ze al snel dat ze de enige inwoners zijn van het pand. Samen met Lisa's losbandige zus Joyce krijgt de familie te maken met een mysterie die ontstond vanuit een krankzinnig verlangen. Wat dit ook moge zijn, niemand in het huis is zijn of haar leven meer zeker.
