Sam appears to be a model teenager, affectionate to his single mother and capable of standing up to the school bullies. But his mother is protecting him from a dark secret.

Sam must tread carefully and hold his psychopathic desires in check after the death at the hospital arouses suspicion. Jenny plucks up the courage to face her fears as a threat from the past resurfaces.

When Sam exposes Jenny's dark secret her world begins to unravel. Sam comes face to face with his father and Jenny finally begins to understand her son's true nature.
