On the eve of the new football league, Boma is not lacking in ambition: this season he wants his team to play champion! For that reason, he is forced to pull through a few changes. Xavier, the old dean of the team, gets replaced by Jean-Jacques, a talented goalkeeper who once played for Barcelona. The women are furious and want to take action. Meanwhile Fernand keeps bullying his neighbors. This time he is planning to sabotage the soccer field.
2 : Poepa Boma
Boma and Ronaldinho want to surprise Goedele for her birthday: Boma is planning to formally adopt the son of his girlfriend. Goedele has her doubts and sets a first condition: Ronaldinho must pass his astronomy exam. Boma takes up the challenge, but with his own nature and the playfulness of Ronaldinho it is not easy at all. Carmen is inspired by Boma's plan and arranges a similar adoption. The 'lucky' guy is ... her dog Nero.
3 : Music maestro!
Boma decides to release the club anthem on single, to bring the popularity of the now always winning Champions even further. He starts looking for a famous artist to spice up the song. The other Champions also believe that they should be able to sing and launch a competition held in the café. Fernand sets himself up as manager of Carmen and does his evil best to sabotage the other participants.

In order to impress Goedele, Boma wants to learn more about the Homo Erectus. De Kampioenen think he has become gay.

Carmen's foppish tendency to buy things needlessly, often useless junk, breaks the Waterslaghers family finances and drives whipped husband Xavier to uncharacteristic measures. Beacuse Marc's rich ma keeps showering baby Pauline with gifts, Bieke's less affluent ma feels she must follow to prove equal love. Bieke tries to forbid both to bury their tiny home under presents, but the kid's birthday is coming up, and neither grandpa manages to control his wife any better then Xavier his.
7 : Bella Africa
To 'step-dad' Boma's secret pride, Ronaldinho is such a success with girls that he can't remember his dates when his agenda gets lost. Alas, when Caro, Tessa and Fien all turn up at the soccer canteen, expecting a romantic date, only Mark is available to give him dubious help. Meanwhile Pol gets a visit from uncle Mathieu to invite him to the 25th anniversary of the school they founded in Ouagadougou (Sahel country Burkina Faso's capital) and temporarily put up two black Africans. Fernand asks Nicolas lots of cash to help him convince Doortje 'abusive husband' Pol wants to sell their home to move to Africa, so she'll dump Pol for Nicolas.

Doortje gets the soprano soloist post at the church choir without following Pol's tips to play inti the old director Wolfgang's known taste for flirtatious women. Carmen is jealous of the attention and proves that a howling hyena's highlighted physical profile seduces an old goat far better. Bieke finds a magazine test about the ideal women and assumes Mark wants an easier, servile partner, almost her opposite. Hearing that, ma enlists 'therapist' Helga Botermans again, who meanwhile abandoned her own laughing therapy. None of her 'strategies' work, whether Bieke actually cooperates or not. Yet there's another reason.
10 : De Bomabio
Jealous of Goedele's book's good reception, Boma decides to publish something himself, about the only subject he knows: an auto-biography. Soon realizing he can't write either, he enlist ghost-writer Marc, who alas unearths mostly facts Boma finds too embarrassing. Carmen is so furious she won't be mentioned that she decides to write an alternative 'gutter press' biography. Fernand enlists a greenhorn lawyer to sue Boma for slander, although no manuscript exists yet.
11 : Ronaldinho en Julia
For once, Ronaldinho is struck by Cupid's arrow hard enough to forget all about soccer having eyes only for fair Julie. When the team learns she's the daughter of rival Schellekens team's president Jean-Luc Grootjans, he's told by the mates to chose and retires to his dorm room. Bieke is enchanted by her new boss Alex, who fire 15 colleagues but promoted her his assistant. Alas, he expects her to share his suite at a conference. Ronaldinho also hits on incompatible expectations.
12 : Noblesse oblige
A comedy of errors starts when Maurice decides to put up his ancestral castle for sale. Boma accepts to give an interview to a female reporter. Fernand has a bone to pick with Boma, so he sends his man-eating niece to seduce him for his money, exaggerating his villa is a castle. Xavier hears of the plan, which would allow the niece to make Boma sell the soccer-field, and enlists mark to sabotage it. As nobody saw any of the three women, they get confused repeatedly and treated unintentionally, as happens to Boma and Maurice.

Xavier sees an advertisement in the newspaper and notes that this comes from DDT who is looking for a woman. With DDT just finished a joke with Xavier, Xavier wants to takeback on DDT

Boma hands out a cup for the best player of the team. Pico is convinced that he will win until an old football player joins the Kampioenen who has played in 2nd class.
3 : Naar Amerika
Bieke can leave for America for 1 year with her training in tourism. This is totally against the will of Pascal and Oscar and above it's that this costs 180,000 francs.
4 : De Streep
Xavier comes from the army and tells that there is a ball from the army. Carmen is going to buy huge expensive clothes to walk around as the chic lady and she obviously shows that. But on arrival they notice that the ball is only for the high boys. Because of this, Carmen is furious and he has to become Sergeant in the army.
5 : Carmen rukt op
Now that Xavier has risen higher in the army, it goes above Carmen's head. She now feels that she is the big lady and certainly Xavier has to play football with the team of the army where all the important people are.
6 : FC Toneel
The Kampioenen need money and they want to do a play. For this they are going to play a story where a young beautiful woman cheats her husband. For this someone has to be found and then at that moment Sabine, the young niece of Pascal comes.
7 : De vriendin
Boma has a new girlfriend who is completely out for his money. Chantal, the new girlfriend twist all the men around her finger, which will lead into alot of arguments.
8 : Bieke's auto
Bieke has to find a job and Oscar does this behind her back. Thanks to Oscar, Bieke can start working as a secretary at Boma. But she does not want this she has found a job herself. She can start working at Publitime. For this job she needs a car.
9 : Operatie parkiet
Xavier has to leave for a couple day's with the army and because of this Carmen must pay attention to his parakeets. Carmen hates these parakeets and would prefer to turn them into soup.
10 : De ooievaar
Doortje argues with Pico because Pico does not really like fatherhood. He does not want to hear anything about becoming a father yet. The next day Doortje hears that she is pregnant and does not dare to tell him.
11 : De controleur
Bieke has a new friend, this turns out to be a man with a lot of money that makes Pascal dream. Boma gets a visit of the tax inspector and later the other Kampioenen en DDT.
12 : Xavier gekwetst
On training Xavier kicks the ball in a pool of mud where DDT is working. DDT shoos the ball back with revenge to Xavier and this hits him right on his head.
13 : Verliefd
Boma is looking for a new striker. This turns out to be Bieke's new love that spoils her with beautiful words and fake rings. However, he turns out to be a huge macho who cheats Bieke with every woman he comes across.
