The Purge
Sinds de Verenigde Staten geregeerd worden door een totalitaire politieke partij, vindt er jaarlijks een zogenaamde Purge nacht plaats. De Purge is een twaalf uur durende nacht waarin alle misdaden waaronder vandalisme, moord, brandstichting en diefstal legaal zijn. Een groep ogenschijnlijk niet-verwante personen uit een klein stadje, raken samen verstrikt in de chaos van de Purge. Terwijl de klok afloopt, wordt elk personage gedwongen hun verleden onder ogen te komen terwijl ze gaandeweg ontdekken hoe ver ze zullen gaan om de nacht te overleven.
