ALCARRÀS gaat over een familie van perzikboeren in een klein dorp in Catalonië. Hun levens komen plotseling onder druk te staan wanneer hun land verkocht wordt. Simon werkte met niet professionele acteurs, wat de film absoluut aan waarachtigheid doet winnen. ALCARRÀS komt later dit jaar uit in de Belgische bioscopen.
