Yusuke verdwijnt op zee en komt pas drie jaar later opeens weer thuis aankloppen bij zijn vrouw, Mizuki. Zij is niet meteen onder de indruk van zijn verhaal, dus stelt Yusuke haar voor om een reis te ondernemen langs alle mensen die hem geholpen hebben tijdens zijn verdwijning. Onderweg ziet en voelt Mizuki wat haar echtgenoot heeft meegemaakt. Een verfilming van een roman van Kazumi Yumoto.


