Na hun vrijlating uit de gevangenis besluiten Negar en Ashkan, twee jonge Iranese muzikanten, een undergroundbandje op te richten. Ze zijn het beu dat ze zich niet vrij kunnen uiten in hun land en proberen op een clandestiene manier papieren te bemachtigen om naar Europa te gaan. Ze maken kennis met Hamed. Hij helpt hen en samen trekken ze door Teheran om andere muzikanten te ontmoeten. Negar en Ashkan proberen de muzikanten te overtuigen om samen met hen het land te verlaten en een groot clandestien concert op te zetten om hun vlucht te bekostigen.
