Eerste bioscoopfilm van Totally Spies, waarin we eindelijk zien hoe de meiden Sam, Alex en Clover echte glamourspionnen werden en hun eerste avonturen meebeleven. Het drietal wordt op een zaak gezet omtrent geheimzinnige verdwijningen in geheel Los Angeles. Al snel komen ze erachter dat mensen ontvoerd worden en getransformeerd worden tot andere personen door middel van een vreemde machine.


