Tommy Moran, considéré comme le meilleur sommelier de tout New York, et Dion Patras, un brillant chef qui s'est laissé entraîner dans des affaires douteuses, sont comme des frères. Ils ont toujours eu pour objectif d'ouvrir leur propre restaurant mais les problèmes de Dion ont tout fait partir en fumée.
Lorsque Dion sort de prison, les deux amis vont tenter de se renconstruire et se laisser une dernière chance pour monter le restaurant de leurs rêves dans le Bronx. Mais évidemment, les démons du passé et les problèmes de Dion avec la mafia locale vont venir tout compliquer...
