MEGAMIND: SUPERSCHURK, is een mega-grappige parodie op het superheldengenre. We volgen het verhaal van Megamind (Will Ferrell / Horace Cohen), de meest briljante slechterik die de wereld ooit gekend heeft, maar ook de minst succesvolle. Door de jaren heen heeft hij geprobeerd Metro City op elke denkbare manier te veroveren. Iedere poging draait echter uit op een geweldige mislukking dankzij de superheld Metroman (Brad Pitt / Jeroen Spitzenberger).
